Processing Your Refund

After we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund as follows:

  • Refund Method: If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10-15 business days.

Cancellations

  • Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately at support@auura.in. If the order has already been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Exchange Policy

  • No Direct Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you must return the original item for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired product.
